About Me
Hello! I’m Noorhayati Said.
I am a dedicated psychotherapist with over 13 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic support to individuals and couples on their path to emotional and mental well-being. My practice focuses on helping clients navigate life transitions, relationships, anxiety, and depression through an integrative approach that combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and attachment-based interventions.
I create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their challenges and develop practical tools for personal growth. My therapeutic style emphasizes collaboration, cultural sensitivity, and individualized care to support each client's unique journey toward wellbeing.
Like some of you who have stumbled upon my page, I didn’t always have the tools to understand and express myself in the real world. While the line between who I am and what happened to me was blurred for a very long time, it was therapy and deep healing that grounded me leading to a life of wholeness. My ability to see people through their most trying times comes from this continued journey (and I cherish my mother for instilling faith in me and subsequently freeing me to empower others). Thirteen years ago, I launched my private practice to help others navigate their challenges, show up as their authentic selves, and shift from surviving to thriving. With a dual background in media and mental health I have now expanded my services to support more people across companies, corporations, and non-profits of all sizes.
Whether you're interested in individual or corporate wellness support, I welcome you to connect with me to share your experience.
